• The Organization's Constitution and/or By-Laws (only for those selected being full membership)
• List or summary of current activities in Cambodia, brochures or other explanatory documents (required)
• A list of the Organisation’s funding sources (if available)
• A list of Board Members or other decision-making body (if available)
• Official authorization/Registration with MoI to operate in Cambodia (Required)
• The organization strategic plan (if available)
• The fundraising strategy (if available)
• Global audit report / Financial Report (Required)
• The logo of your organization (High resolution Required in format of PNG, JPEG...)
